I had issues with he technicians incompetence leading to a broken fiber line and no internet/TV for a few days along with my sales rep going afk (voicemail full no email response) which left me with an incorrect package that couldn be fixed by normal reps. I switched to Bell and their installation process was the most thorough I ever seen, he even programmed our remotes. Everyone has a different experience but Rogers still seemed incompetent to me as this happened last month.
